How to create new client's account?
On the agent main page, click on the “add new client link”, then
enter the client information. The new account will become ativated within 24 hours.
Please contact our customer service department if your client's account is not activated after 24hrs.
How to change client's profile?
Click on the “Update client’s profile link”, you will be asked for
the password to use this function. Agents have permissions to change
the basic information and password of the client. To change the client's registered number,
the agent must send us an email with the client's name, original registered number
and the new registered number. Please note that the amount available on the original account
will be transfer to the new account within 24hrs. After the new a/c is activated, the old a/c will be permanently removed
from our database.
How to recharge client's account?
You can find this function from the agent main page. An agent can recharge
his/her clients' account only if he/she has a positive account balance in his/her own account.
It's recomended that an agent review his/her own account balance constantly and make sure he/she
always has a positive balance on his/her a/c.
Confirmation on newly created a/c and recharged a/c
An agent will receive a confirmation email from ITC within 24 hours after the new account is created
or an existing a/c is recharged. Please note that it's the agent's responsibility to review all information
contained in the confirmation email.
How do I obtain a credit line from ITC?
When an agent sign up with ITC, he/she will be asked to fill out an agent agreement and a credit application.
A proper credit limit will be extended to the agent after a credit check, if the agent's credit application is approved
by ITC.
