Retail Sales Representative


Job Description

Overall Purpose of Position:
Wow the customer! Ensure an excellent customer experience through superior sales and customer service.

Customer Focus:
 sell products and services within a retail environment to achieve sales objectives
 provide prompt and exceptional sales and after-sales service

 

Expertise:

 stay informed about telecom products and services in order to answer customer questions accurately on products, service, promotions and ITC policies
 qualify customer needs and recommend the best solution
 

Professionalism:

 be a true ambassador; sell and provide service in a cool, simple and honest way
 present a clean, professional appearance and respect the dress code



Qualifications
 1-2 years retail sales experience
 proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
 motivated and creative team contributer
 excellent communication and organizational skills
 fluency in a second language would be an asset
 candidates are required to work flexible hours including day, evening, and weekend shifts according to usual retail hours
