How do I see my calling record?
1. Log in your account
2. Click on “Click here to view your monthly statement” (check
“Previous Month” if you would like to see the calling record of the
previous month.) ITC keeps the record of the most recent months for
you.
How can I change my password?
. 1. Log in your account
2. Click on “Change your Personal Online Account Password
What should I do if I forgot the
password?
Please contact our customer service. You might be asked for your
username and other personal information on file for verification.
Please note that we would not ask for your SSN or your mother's
maiden name.
How can I recharge my account?
You can recharge your account on line with your credit card ( we
only accept Visa and Master Card issued by U.S institution at the
moment) in 2 simple steps:
1. Log in to your account
2. click on “ Recharge your account with Your Credit Card”
( it will link you to a secure payment form in which you can enter
your credit card information)
• Please make sure the information you enter matches with your
credit card billing information.
• Please note that the credit card transactions are handled by
Authorized.net, a national reputable online credit card process
company. No ITC employee has access to the credit card information
you enter. Your account would be recharged and updated within 1 to
24 hours when your credit card transaction is approved by
Authorize.net
How do search for a rate?
1. Log on to your account
2. Click on “Search for Rate”
3. Click on “Go Search” ( The ITC Global Rate would be displayed in
numerical order)
How do I find my local access number?
1. Go to our Home Page
2. Click on “Access Numbers” in the Tool Bar
How do I use the service from my registered phone number?
1. Dial a local access number
2. When you hear the second dial tone, enter the number you want to dial end with the # sign
For calls in North America, please dial: 1 + area code (3 digits) + phone number (7 digits) + #
For example: 1-719-555-1212+#
For calls to countries out of North America, dial 011 + country code + city code + phone number + #
For example: 01186-10-34546578+#
Can I use your service If I’m traveling out of your service area?
Yes, you can either use your cell phone to call our access numbers (
If you have an unlimited usage program with your mobile phone
carrier),
Or use our national toll free number, 866-263-7579 (a charge of
$0.03/min would be added to your regular rates)
